Below you will find download links for GPX files for the courses, for navigational purposes. The 12K is fully signed and marshalled, whereas the Marathon, Ultra & Relay require a degree of self-navigation.

You’ll also find links with instructions on how to upload GPX courses to popular brands of smartwatch.

Please note: much of the event is ran on the private grounds of the Merthyr Mawr Estate where it is NOT permitted to run outside of the event. Do not attempt to access this land in training outside of the race day.
